Custom Orders: All sales are final.

I strongly advise scheduling a consultation call before we begin working on your custom order. We will work together on creating your custom piece. Work on your order will not begin until I receive the final approval from you.  

Standard Orders: You have 14 calendar days from item delivery to ship this item back to the seller.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
